Pleasant and friendly staff, spacious room and good value for money
Bathroom fittings - ie plugs - needed replacing. Little thing but important if you are fussy about all things bathroom. Expensive room service - a little too pricey for someone staying for the full 4 nights. About £6 a sandwich and I would consider it!!! Room service of £3 makes a simple sandwich almost £15 - way too much for most people
Room, breakast, parking
The staff was very kind, the room was nice and the breakfast was great. Very close to Luton Airport so it is the best choice for late night check-in also (if you rent a car from the airport).
There's nothing I can complain about, except the car parking places are really narrow, but that's quite usual in UK I think.
Just felt very clean, comfortable an relaxed, especially after a 200 mile drive and knowing I wanted to have a lazy drink and chat before wokring the following day, so it ticked all the boxes for me
I have stayed at this Hotel numerous times, the staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble even when they are busy with a lot of guests. The breakfast is excellent and service second to none.
When we booked into the hotel, we noticed a drinks and cocktail, menu, which we read through at the time, because we allways like to finish the weekend off with a couple of Cocktals. On the Saturday evening we went to the bar as planed and looked around for a menu, but could not find any. I asked a young waitress who was passing if she had a cocktail menu, and she said no they did'nt have one, and off she went. I then went to the barman and asked if he could give me one, to which he replaid that there was'nt one, and he did'nt have the materials to do cocktails! I was very upset, becaus I knew we had seen the menu. We were so fed up and just about to go back to the room, when the barman came over and said that he could do two different cocktails, which I picked one. Later on in the evening, we noticed a young lady, comeing from a private party, with a drinks menu in her hand, which had the cocktails on. I asked her if she had had and of them and she said yes, her and her friends had every one on the menu between them. We had stayed with you for three nights and most likely payed more then the people there that night. To be treated in this way is just not acceptable. I would serously consider not useing your hotel again!
Great location right on A1M great value, great room
expensive wifi in room what is the point of guests paying for wifi when any tom dick or harry can come in from the street and sit on the lobby and use it for free??It really is about time that all hotels offered free wifi in rooms.
its was a good size room for a family clean and tidy
Its was far from were we need to go to
The ambience, friendliness of staff and comfort of the room. The food was superb as was the service. Kids absolutely loved it. Choice of television channels was impressive. Free newspapers. I really cannot fault anything at all.
the cleanliness could do with a notch up as there was residual hair from the previous guest still trapped under the sheets.
All of the staff were very helpful with one exception who appeared to be more interested in supervising the bar rather then serving customers.
The shower curtain as explained in the other survey clings to one during the shower process which is not pleasant
Normally stay in premier inn but room was bigger and more comfortable
The bed was extremely comfortable
No wireless or mobile phone signal available in bedroom 114. Room a little dated, could do with a re-furb to bring it up to date like front of house area.
Very near to venue needed to get to. Great access from A1. Staff all very welcoming. Had a bar snack which was good and well presented.Room was more than adequate and very clean. Everything worked. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and very efficient staff. Would definitely stay again.
quiet, lovely bed, tv choice, power shower
The comfort and the peaceful surroundings.....the staff were helpful...
The keyboard for Internet tv but not a big deal
